Sales Coordinator Required in Dubai

We are looking at hiring a Sales Coordinator to join our team in delivering turnkey furniture and fabric products to our clients.

The ideal candidate will be the point of contact for sales colleagues and customers, and have adequate experience dealing with Interior FF&E products specifically Furniture and Fabrics.

This candidate will keep a close follow up on the entire sales process and provide the team with all required sales materials and quotations.

Responsibilities

Coordinate with sales teams, answer, screen, and forward incoming leads and inquiries.
Review and qualify client's inquiries
Prepare and propose company marketed products and services
Prepare quotations, acquire required approvals and submit to clients
Prepare physical samples and organize samples' library
Control documentation and maintain the sales department filing system
Ensure all files are backed up on the Cloud and CRM
Manage client's database and keep it constantly up to date
Coordinate with clients and submit all required documentations and submissions
Coordinate with the procurement department for pricing, availability, sampling requests and placing orders
Track orders, and schedule deliveries

Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Prior experience in sales related role
Well-organized with an aptitude in problem-solving
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Be a relationship builder and love team work
Market knowledge
Product Knowledge
Previous Experience working with Google Workspace (formerly known as G Suite)
Previous Experience working with Salesforce.com
Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
Be Passionate and prepared for smart work
