Responsibilities:

Coordinate with Sales team by preparing quotations and filing important documents.
Coordinate with Sales & Design team by preparing lighting presentations
Respond to inquiries from customers on behalf of Sales Consultant
To prepare material technical submittals
To prepare pre-qualifications
To communicate with the manufacturers/suppliers on behalf of Sales Consultant

Requirements:

Must have proven experience as a sales coordinator in Lighting Industry
Excellent technical skills in Microsoft Office including Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint, Autocad
Good verbal and written communication skills (English)
Ability to multitask, work in fast-paced environments, and meet deadlines
To have UAE driving license is an advantage
