Sales and Marketing Manager Required in Dubai

Attune specialises in automation systems (Smart Homes), and audio and visual solutions across all sectors, with a primary focus on the residential and commercial markets.

We are looking for a competitive and trustworthy individual who can help us enhance our business activities. The candidate will be responsible for seeking out and pursuing new sales prospects whilst maintaining customer satisfaction. The goal is to meet and surpass the companys expectations to drive rapid and sustainable growth.

Role And Responsibilities
Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
Follow-up inbound leads from our various lead generators and campaigns.
Return missed in-bound sales calls.
Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking with new and existing contacts, social media, and making direct contact on active construction sites.
Form partnerships with relevant industry organisation, such as architects/designers and contractors.
Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.
Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on our products and services.
Consistently maintain our CRM (and any other related systems).
Attend weekly sales meeting and demonstrate tangible progress.
Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
Collaborate with the team to achieve better results.
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years proven experience as a sales executive or relevant role, within the Controls/Automation industry is an advantage but not essential.
Minimum of 1 - 2 years experience in the United Arab Emirates.
Must currently reside in the United Arab Emirates, preferably in Dubai.
Must have a valid UAE drivers license and have their own vehicle.
Technical knowledge of controls systems would be an advantage, but not essential.
Proficiency in English, spoken and written, preferably as a first language
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft or Libre Office.
Experience with the Zoho suite would be an advantage, but not essential.
Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
Fast learning speed and a passion for sales
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Benefits
Salary will be in the region of 5,000 to 10,000 per month, this be depend on experience
On-target earnings would be an additional 20,000AED per month, with easy potential for more
Targets and KPI are reasonable and realistic
Career progression as the team grows
