Sales Analyst Required in Dubai

The Sales Analyst will sit with in the commercial department and work very closely with the CEO’s office and Edenred UAE marketing team to understand the various data points. A sales analyst in Edenred UAE will evaluate and identify the trends in the sales by analyzing industry data, from both within Edenred UAE and outside. The job will involve collecting and examining data and using the information gathered to create coherent, intelligent reports, then presenting your reports to the commercial department and to the management.

The sales analyst will have the following responsibility:

· Understanding the Pre-paid card market.

· Analyze the industry, territory, market potential and zones to cover.

· Providing actionable insights to guide the sales and marketing teams.

· Contributing to the development of sales plans and objectives.

· Work with the sales, pre-sales and tele-sales to determine the new potential revenue sources and markets.

· Working with marketing to identify the market penetration and work out strategies to create greater market penetration strategy.

· Work with Account Management team to analyze and assess the current portfolio of clients and propose new up-sell and cross-sell options.

· Collaborate with the exchange house team to identify potential opportunities with our current portfolio of partners and future partners.

· Work with Salesforce consultant to corelate the performance KPI’s of each client centric segmentation towards improving sales metrics, quality of leads and lead conversion.

· The role would require good understanding of excel and being able to analyze data and converting that data to meaningful insights that drive commercial decision making.

· The role will also require good PPT and presentation skills as the analyzed data needs to be represented well on slides that can be presented to senior management.

Ideal Profile:

Education:

· Masters in Math/Applied Math/Statistics

· Bachelor’s degree or higher in business or related field will be an advantage.

Professional experience

· At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in the commercial department, marketing or product management in the capacity of data and business analysis.

· Advanced problem-solving and analysis skills

· Excellent research and data analysis skills

· Ability to meet deadlines and handle stressful situations

· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other presentation software

· Familiarity with CRM software like HubSpot, Salesforce and Zoho

· Superior oral and written communication skills

· High level of organization and detail-orientation

· Ability to work in a team with a multi-cultural background

Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.
Fluency in English is a must
