Retail Sales Manager Required in Dubai

- To achieve the sales & margin objectives for the assigned store and be a customer centric team leader to develop, train & motivate the sales team to achieve the objectives of the company.

- Achieve the inventory related objectives for the assigned store

- People Management: Hiring, evaluation feedback with monthly meetings, training & coaching on the job, PIP plan, daily store motivational briefings, schedule planning as per needs of the business. Keep records of employees' work schedules and timecards.

- Customer service: Ensure that the customer needs are met satisfactorily through trained staff, customer service initiatives, customer feedback mechanisms etc.

- Ensure customer needs are met proactively and provide customers with a unique shopping experience.

- Should have a good understanding of basic retail key performance indicators

The ideal candidate should have around 3 -7 years of strong sales experience with the following skills:

- People management skills

- Analytical skills

- Strong communication & interpersonal skills

- Customer relationship skills

- Decision making skills

- Open to change

- Team player
