We are looking for Retail IT Support in Dubai
Job Description:
• Installation and Support of IT systems and applications.
• Basic operations and support of LAN and WAN (excluding Cabling) support and installation of computer systems, applications and hardware methods and techniques of installing network hardware and software.
• Deliver an excellent IT support service for Physical Inventory Process to roll out of IT setup in new stores smoothly.
• First level support to the retail store users and other partners on retail IT framework - Wi-Fi and
LAN networks.
• Ensuring users receive a timely resolution of support requests with maximum SLA compliance rate and benefit from training to enhance their use of IT facilities Escalate problems, if required
• Warranty & Asset tracking for Hardware and Software Assets.
• Assisting with maintenance and development of systems, networks, key tools.
• User support, maintaining and troubleshooting retail operations, retail systems and networks.
• Closely interact with the infrastructure and application team to manage the retail operations smoothly with zero downtime.
• Ensure software application support for business.
• Ensure all system compliances are in place within department guidelines.
Systems Accountability:
• Applications - SAP, Microsoft Dynamics-365, Office-365 and other related Apps.
• Hardware - POS, Self-checkout, PDA, Workstations, Printers & Scanners.
• Operational Devices - Shelf Label Printers, Weighing Scales, Kiosks, Displays etc.
• IT Framework - Routers, Switches, Firewalls, ISP & Devices, Access Points, Phones etc.
• Academic and Professional Qualifications
• Bachelors in engineering (IT or Computer Science or related fields) from a recognized university.
• Certifications in the latest technologies.
Professional experience:
• Minimum: 6 years of functional experience in the Retail Industry in the GCC region.
• In-depth Knowledge of Retail Industry business processes.
• ITIL, CompTIA, MCSE Preferred
