Retail Business Development Executive Required in Dubai

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Executive to join our team! As a Retail Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for strategic and operational retail business development.

Job Responsibilities:

Developing and executing short/long term plans to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly goals
Growing business through finding new retail locations & opportunities
Identifying new business locations/markets opportunities complying on the assigned criteria
Building business relationships with existing Landlords and their leasing departments
Attending Malls retail meetings if required and to introduce the brand to new malls upon approvals
Developing and executing market research presentations to grow business
Maintaining and updating business development documentation including Malls and hight street presentations.
Assisting with retail business development plans to work aligned with company vision and the Associate Vice President
Collaborating with management on sales goals
Support the team with other responsibilities as required

Must Have:

Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail, Marketing, Finance or similar field
Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, real estate business development or similar role
UAE driving license with self-owned car
Proficiency in MS Office
Excellent multitasking skills
Ability to prioritize tasks
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to present and explain ideas to a variety of audiences
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work under pressure
Strong negotiation skills
Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality
Enthusiastic to build good relationships with people
Ability to work well in a team environment
