What We’re Looking For:
• Proven Experience – Minimum 2 years as a Restaurant Manager in casual dining in the UAE.
• Leadership Excellence – A natural motivator who leads by example and drives team success.
• Customer-Centric Focus – Passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences, consistently.
• Operational Expertise – Strong understanding of restaurant operations, budgeting, and cost control.
• Training & Development – Ability to coach, motivate, and uphold service standards.
• Note: Candidates must be available for face-to-face interviews and trial shifts in Abu Dhabi.
