Reservation Supervisor - Dubai
Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily reservations workflow, ensuring prompt, accurate handling of all bookings and modifications.
• Respond to guest inquiries and special requests, providing clear, friendly guidance across phone, email, and messaging channels.
• Administer OTA listings and PMS configurations, keeping inventory, rates, and content fully optimized and up to date.
• Compile and interpret reservations, pickup, and occupancy reports, highlighting trends and recommending actions to improve conversion and yield.
• Coordinate with operations and front office teams to align arrivals, special notes, and service expectations.
Requirements:
• 3–5 years’ experience in reservations, front office, or broader hospitality operations.
• 1–2 years of proven team-leading or supervisory experience.
• Hands-on knowledge of OTA dashboards and PMS tools (e.g., channel management, rate mapping, inventory controls).
• Strong communication and people leadership, with the ability to multitask and perform under pressure.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Currently based in Dubai and available for on-site duties.
