Remote Itinerary Coordinator - Dubai
About the Role
Wanderlust Adventures is looking for a detail-oriented Remote Itinerary Coordinator to join our team. You’ll design end-to-end travel itineraries for leisure and small-group clients, coordinate bookings with suppliers, and deliver clear, client-ready travel plans — all while working remotely from Nashville.
Responsibilities
• Research destinations and craft customised daily itineraries that match client preferences and budgets.
• Reserve and manage bookings for hotels, transfers, tours, activities and transportation.
• Communicate with suppliers (hotels, guides, transfer operators) to confirm availability and special requests.
• Maintain up-to-date itinerary documents, booking confirmations and travel checklists for clients.
• Respond to client inquiries, process amendments or cancellations, and manage follow-ups.
• Keep client records and bookings organised in the company CRM/booking system.
• Coordinate with sales and support teams to ensure seamless handovers and excellent client experience.
Requirements
• Strong written communication and organisational skills.
• Comfortable working independently and managing multiple itineraries simultaneously.
• Experience with booking platforms, reservation systems or CRMs is a plus.
• Attention to detail and a customer-first mindset; able to solve problems quickly and clearly.
• Reliable remote-work setup and ability to keep regular communication with the team across time zones.
