Regulatory Pharmacist Required in Dubai

We are hiring a Regulatory Pharmacist in Dubai UAE and the salary offered for this role is 6000 AED fixed

The position reports to the General Manager and is responsible for managing the drugstore and regulatory requirements

Job Responsibilities

Meet drugstore operational standards by contributing drugstore information to strategic plans and reviews quality and customer-service standards; resolve problems; identify drugstore system improvements.
Meet drugstore financial standards by providing annual budget information; monitoring expenditures; identifying variances; implementing corrective actions.
In charge of Medical products registration process in government entities.
Liaise and communicate with all relevant government entities.
Maintain relationships with Suppliers and customers.
Move inventory by scheduling products to be moved to and from the drugstore; coordinating inventory transfers with related departments.
Deliver supplies and equipment to departments by receiving and transferring items.
Maintain storage area by organizing floor space; adhering to storage design principles; recommending improvements.
Maintain inventory by conducting monthly physical counts; reconciling variances; inputting data.
Secure drugstore by turning alarms on; testing systems.
Keep equipment operating by enforcing operating instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns; requiring preventive maintenance; calling for repairs.
Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading technical publications.
Accomplish drugstore and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
Last but not least, all the LMM team are sales people!

Requirements:

An educational background in Pharmacy
Make candidates are preferred for this role
MOH License is a must
Proven experience working as a community or warehouse pharmacist
Fair knowledge understanding of the entire Warehouse process and the logistics, supply chain sector.
Good knowledge of Medical Products and supplies.
Attention to detail and excellent numeric accuracy.
Ability to understand and follow organizational procedures.
Flexibility under pressure and in response to changing needs.
Good team working & communication skills in English.
Arabic skills would be a plus
Computer skills
