Registered Nurse, Oncology Services Required in Dubai

We are seeking experienced Oncology nurses to coordinate care to Oncology patients.

Responsible to provide close monitoring of patients' condition, develops care plans and protocols, and administers medications.

Role Responsibilities:

Direct nursing care for patients prior to and after procedures.
Coordinate the care of oncology patients with the inpatient and outpatient teams
Administer injections, intravenous therapy and medications.
Provide assistance to the department in improving its clinical care and patient care planning
Assure that all necessary materials are disposed of, disinfected, and sterilized .
Document all relevant data in the medical record in accordance with set standards.
Educate patients on medication and diet and provide support to the patient and their family.

Qualifications and Experience desired:

Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from a reputable institution
Minimum 3-4 years recent experience as an oncology nurse in a busy hospital setup.
Candidates with Medical Surgical Oncology experience well regarded
Experience in a private hospital is an advantage
An active DHA license or eligibility to practice nursing
Excellent communication skills are essential
An ideal timeframe for joining is within 6-8 weeks
