Regional Human Resources Manager Required in Dubai

Our Client is a Multinational manufacturer in the Consumer Services Industry:

Job Scope for the role :

Developing, aligning and implementing HR strategies to achieve business objectives, strategic goals and HR initiatives as per the global HR strategy, within the MENA region
Design & develop regional HR policies & procedures in line with global standards
Talent Management
Job evaluation & development of competency based compensation structures
Performance management
Change Management Projects
HR budget planning
Payroll and other HR related functions

Requisite Experience and Skills:

An accomplished HR professional, holding a HR degree, CIPD qualifications or equivalent
6 to 8 years HR Management experience within Multinational organisations handling the MENA region
Experienced in Talent Management, Compensation & Benefits and Organisational Development
Proven exposure to Change Management
A hands-on approach is critical to this role
Fluency in either French, Spanish or German is desirable
