We Are Hiring: Recruitment Officer
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Key Responsibilities:
• Source, screen, and recruit candidates for various job roles across multiple sectors.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates.
• Collaborate with department managers to understand their recruitment needs and provide tailored staffing solutions.
• Conduct interviews, assess candidates' qualifications, and shortlist top talent.
• Maintain and update recruitment databases to ensure efficient processes and reporting.
• Stay informed on industry trends, labor market insights, and new recruitment tools to develop effective sourcing strategies.
Qualifications:
• Experience: Minimum 2-3 years in a recruitment role within a Manpower Agency, Consulting Solution, Outsourcing Services, or Employment Services.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment strategies.
• Familiarity with UAE labor laws, visa processing requirements, and industry-specific regulations is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with managers and candidates alike.
