Our client is a semi-governmental authority based in Dubai, that focuses on supporting international start-up businesses from A to Z, enabling their clients to set up the business in the most efficient way, offering optimized solutions, exclusive membership benefits, and a wide range of innovative products to support the business growth and expansion.
We are looking for a Recruitment Manager to join the HR team, who will focus on overseeing all aspects of recruitment. The ideal candidate will be able to work closely with the internal recruiters, managing, sourcing, interviewing, and overlooking the employment processes. This HR role centers on ensuring the wellbeing of candidates/new hires and the effective documentation of recruitment. It is pivotal to have a thorough knowledge of UAE labor legislation.
Key requirements:
- Min 3+ years of proven work experience as a Recruitment Manager in a similar role
- Qualification in Human Resources or relevant subjects (i.e., CIPD) would be a plus
- Full English proficiency is required, additional spoken languages are preferred
- Intermediate computer literacy is required e.g., MS Office
- Proven managerial and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with government relations activities a plus
- Good knowledge of UAE labor legislation
- Ideal candidate would come from European/Eastern European countries with a background in Hospitality/Airlines industry
Key responsibilities:
- Updating current and designing new recruiting procedures
- Stay up to date on labor legislation and inform recruiters and managers about changes in regulations
- Managing and developing the recruiting team on individual and team levels
- Drawing up plans for future personnel hiring procedures and goals
- Researching, selecting, and implementing new candidate sourcing methods
- Acting as a point of contact with Recruitment Agencies
- Planning, implementing, and managing the overall Recruitment strategy
- Focus on building a robust candidate’s pipeline
- Build the company’s professional network through relationships with HR professionals, colleges, and other partners
- Keeping track of recruiting metrics (e.g., time-to-fill and cost-per-hire)
- Administering behavioral assessments, and scheduling interviews
- Preparing offer letters and contracts
- Responsible for onboarding HR Documentation
- Maintaining the Recruitment Tracker to plan, implement, and manage future hiring
