Recruitment Coordinator Required in Dubai

A leading Road & Infrastructure company in Abu Dhabi is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Recruitment Coordinator to join our Human Resources team.

Key Requirements:

5–7 years of proven recruitment experience.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Hands-on experience in both white-collar and blue-collar recruitment, preferably within the construction, road, or infrastructure industry.
Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding.
Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and recruitment/HR systems.
