H&S Real Estate an Award winning agency is looking to hire an ideal candidate who will exhibit high professional work standards, excellent communication skills, and have the ability to take initiative, and prioritize daily tasks.

A strong ability to take charge and meet tight deadlines will ensure your success in this multi-faceted role.

The ideal candidate will be multilingual/well groomed and polished. Have a very high clear standard of the English language, come from a Real Estate Background (Please note we are not looking for Engineers/Directors/BDM, just someone to be an amazing brand ambassador and give our visitors a welcome into our office)

Responsibilities

Greet all H&S visitors with the best customer service
Serve as the customer interface between the management and internal/external clients.
Screen and manage calls and emails, and further disseminate communications
Appropriately respond to inquiries and requests
Create and keep the office filing system up to date
Responding to inquiries and assisting clients
Gather, organize, and finalize documents for office records.
Also take part in PA related duties
Arrange Travel items for the Management team
Assist with any other adhoc tasks
Maintain Excel spreadsheets and submit reports to the Managing Director
Act as an overflow for the Main administration team

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
2 years of solid reception experience
Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
Ability to multitask
Ability to maintain a positive attitude
Highly Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
Strong marketing research abilities
Provides extensive office and operational support
Bonus if you are savvy with all related online property advertisements (Bayut, Property finder, Dubizzle, etc)
Bonus Good understanding with all real estate-related jargon
Office management
