Must have a friendly, dynamic personality and the ability to make sales offerings to our customers, multi-task and represent the music industry.

Skills in creating Social Media photos and videos for content to be posted on Social Media Platforms.

This is an amazing opportunity to work in a fun, friendly & newly renovated space!

Responsibilities:

· Create and schedule post on Instagram, Facebook and Ticktock

· Greet customers

· Ordering and organizing supplies, restocking equipment, cleaning, etc.

· Answer phone calls, emails and schedule lessons

· Processing clients’ payments and maintaining a record of the transactions

· General assistance with the running of the office, opening & closing duties

Skills

· Photography

· Writing skills

· Customer Service

Experience:

· Previous office assistant/receptionist experience.

· Working with children a plus!

· Social Media Knowledge is a PLUS.
