MBG Corporate Services is seeking a proactive and professional Receptionist + Admin to join our Abu Dhabi office. This role serves as the first point of contact for clients and visitors while ensuring efficient administrative and office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage front desk operations, handle calls, and coordinate visitor interactions
Handle office correspondence and maintain accurate documentation
Provide administrative support to internal teams
Coordinate office supplies, meeting rooms, and day-to-day operational requirements
Requirements:
