Job Type: Full-Time
Job Description: We are looking for a friendly, professional, and organized Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for visitors, you will play a key role in delivering excellent customer service and ensuring smooth operations at the front desk. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience as a receptionist in the UAE and be proficient in handling administrative tasks with a positive and approachable attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.
• Answer, screen, and forward phone calls, take messages as needed.
• Handle inquiries via email and in person.
• Maintain a neat and organized reception area.
• Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and photocopying.
• Assist with office supplies management.
• Support other office staff as required.
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a receptionist or in a similar role in the UAE.
• Proficiency in English (Both spoken and written).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Professional appearance and demeanour.
• Basic knowledge of office software (Microsoft Office, Google Suite, etc.).
• Knowledge of UAE work environment and cultural norms is a plus.
