We are now looking for a Real Estate Specialist to join our team located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Specialist. The Real Estate Specialist will be responsible for managing properties, developing real estate properties, conducting sales and marketing, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients. The Real Estate Specialist will be based in our Dubai, United Arab Emirates office and will work closely with the management team.

Qualifications

Real Estate experience, with knowledge of local laws and regulations related to real estate in United Arab Emirates.
Customer service experience
Real Estate Development experience, with the ability to analyze real estate properties and develop unique investment strategies
Sales experience, with the ability to establish and maintain client relationships
Knowledge of the local real property market and trends
Bachelor's degree in Real Estate or Business Administration is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Detailed oriented, with the ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
