We're expanding! Gold Mark Real Estate is an award winning boutique agency prides itself on delivering exceptional customer service and helping guide clients through the complexities of the real estate market. Our dynamic and diversified work environment offers a great opportunity for individuals to expand their portfolio.

We are seeking 30+ individuals who are highly motivated and experienced Real Estate Specialists to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for listing and selling residential or commercial properties, negotiating deals, and building relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and qualify potential clients through various means such as cold calling, networking, and referrals
Show properties to potential buyers and provide guidance on market conditions and pricing
Negotiate deals and manage the sales process from start to finish
Build and maintain relationships with clients to encourage repeat and referral business
Stay informed of local real estate market conditions and trends

Qualifications:

Proven track record of successful sales experience
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
Self-motivated and results-driven attitude
Experience with real estate market in Dubai is a plus
Active real estate license in good standing would be an added advantage
