Job Responsibilities:
Advising clients on their individualized estate investment strategies.
Preparing thoughtful analyses of clients properties including opinions of the vale, market comparable, and research
Networking with other industry professionals
Preforming marketing and advertisement plans
Working with buyers and sellers to start and close real estate transactions
Fostering and building client relationships
Perform client presentations and exhibitions for the properties
understanding Turkish real estate industry and legal laws (citizenship by investment)
Negotiating contracts, handling client issues, and coordinating with third-party entities
Any other task requested by management in the related filed

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:
A university degree in the field of real estate or business administration or its equivalent
Experience in international (Turkish) and local real estate sales for more than 5 years
Experience in real estate marketing and advertisement
Real estate license if available
Experience with Microsoft Office software is preferred
