Real Estate Sales Manager - Dubai
We are hiring Real Estate Sales Manager for a Company in Dubai
Salary Range: AED 12,000 - AED 15,000 (depending on experience)
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for real estate properties, including residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.
• Set and monitor monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets, adjusting strategies as needed to meet or exceed goals.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities and refine sales approaches.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, brokers, and investors, to enhance market reach.
• Oversee recruitment, training, and management of the sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns and promotions to meet market demands.
• Ensure compliance with UAE real estate laws and regulations, upholding transparency and ethics in all transactions. • Prepare and present regular reports to the CEO on sales performance, forecasts, and growth initiatives.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum of 10 years of sales experience in the real estate industry, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of the UAE real estate market, including regulations, trends, and competitive landscape.
• A valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets personal and teamwise.
