Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Real Estate Sales Agent. The Real Estate Sales Agent will be responsible for conducting market research, prospecting and lead follow-up, managing and closing transactions, and providing excellent customer service to both buyers and sellers. The Real Estate Sales Agent may work from home as necessary, but will be expected to attend meetings and events in the office as well.

Qualifications

A valid Real Estate License
Excellent customer service and sales skills
Experience in real estate sales and transactions
A strong understanding of the real estate market and trends
Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
