Role Overview:
As a Marketing Partner, you will be instrumental in the end-to-end management and growth of our real estate lead generation platform in Dubai. Operating in a hybrid setting, you will develop and execute marketing strategies, enhance our online presence, build the reputation of our real estate business, and drive revenue growth in one of the most thriving real estate markets globally.

Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership: Take charge of our real estate lead generation platform's growth and success. You will manage the sub Premium Domain and generate the leads and mature them
Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to elevate our digital presence and attract a broader audience in the Dubai real estate market.
Business Growth: Drive revenue growth through innovative marketing campaigns, customer-centric strategies, and continuous improvement in lead generation.
Collaboration: Work closely with real estate business leaders and the marketing team to align product launch campaigns and efficiently manage budgets.
Customer Focus: Champion a customer-centric approach to ensure our strategies resonate with the target audience and deliver maximum value.
Change Management: Lead positive change initiatives, leveraging your commercial acumen to drive impactful transformations in the real estate lead generation process.
Requirements:
Proven track record in senior marketing roles, preferably in the real estate or online business environment.
Strong business acumen with a demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth in the Dubai real estate market.
Exceptional leadership skills, inspiring and motivating cross-functional teams.
Strategic mindset with the ability to translate high-level goals into actionable plans.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
