REAL ESTATE MANAGER

We are seeking a strong leader as a Real Estate Manager with at least 5 years of real estate experience for a new real estate brokerage. Extensive experience building, Marketing knowledge ,coordinating, scheduling, and managing a team as well as a variety of projects, contracts, and administrative tasks.

Job Description

· Build and Lead a team of Real estate agents and administrative personnel, handling issues related to tasks, budgets, customer service items, building/facility issues, and legal formalities.

· Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction

· Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs

· Develop forecasts, financial objectives, and business plans.

· Manage budget and allocate funds appropriately

· Bring out the best of branch personnel by providing training, coaching, development, and motivation.

· Locate areas of improvement and propose corrective actions that meet challenges and leverage growth opportunities.

· Address customer and employee satisfaction issues promptly.

· Network to improve the presence and reputation of the branch and company.

· Ability to meet sales targets.

Requirements:

· Good knowledge of the Abu Dhabi Real Estate Market

· 8 years of UAE experience in real estate is a must

· Valid UAE Driving license is a must

· Good presentation skills

· Knowledge of Arabic or Russian language is an advantage.

· Strong business acumen

· Problem-solving & critical thinking

· Collaborative mindset

· Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills

· Strong negotiation and communication skills

Experience:

Real Estate: 5 years (Required)
Knowledge of Marking straight & granted Leads (Required)
License/Certification:

UAE Driving license (Required)
