Real Estate Manager Required in DUBAI

We at Bricks n Woods Real Estate Brokerage are hiring for our office, located on The Prism Tower, Business Bay.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for finding prospective clients, understanding their criteria, and find living spaces that fit this criteria. You will then negotiate rent and drive our buyers to close. Your entrepreneurial spirit will drive your success. Your main task will be to build your team and help close the accumulative target provided to you and your team. You will be reporting to your Sales Director.

Responsibilities:

Stage and show living spaces
Advertise and market living spaces
Finds and reaches out to new prospects
Discover clients' criteria and find living spaces that fit their criteria
Negotiate living space rent and close deal with client

Qualifications:

Real Estate sales experience of minimum 1 year is mandatory
Self-motivated and entrepreneurial
Strong communication skills
Off-plan specialists & Secondary market agents needed.
