Role Description

Smart Choice Real Estate Brokerage LLC is looking for driven and passionate Real Estate Consultants to join our team. This is an on-site full-time role located in Dubai where you will be responsible for managing real estate portfolios, providing excellent customer service to clients, analyzing property market trends, negotiating deals, and building relationships with prospective clients. Your primary goal is to help clients achieve their property investment or renting goals while ensuring the highest standards of professionalism and ethics.

Qualifications

A minimum of 2 years of experience in the Dubai real estate market
Proven track record of achieving sales targets
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Familiarity with Dubai's real estate regulatory environment and laws
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
Certification in Real Estate Brokering or similar license is preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Fluency in English is required with other language skills preferred
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build lasting client relationships
