• Conducting transactions for the sale of real estate in Dubai with a focus on off-plan properties
• Advising clients on the real estate market and tailor solutions depending on client’s needs
• Advise clients on all aspects of the property purchase process
• Regular follow ups with qualified leads through phone, email, and meetings
• Arranging site visits with clients to view properties and/or visit developer offices
• Actively seek out new leads and convert them into clients
• Keeping up to date with market trends, project launches and investment options
• Maintaining communication on the company’s CRM system
