We are seeking a motivated and experienced Russian Real Estate Agent to join our team. As a Russian Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties while providing exceptional customer service. Your fluency in Russian and understanding of the local real estate market will be crucial in establishing rapport with Russian-speaking clients and ensuring successful property transactions.

Responsibilities:

Engage with Russian-speaking clients to understand their real estate needs and preferences.
Provide guidance and advice to clients on the buying, selling, and renting processes, as well as market trends and property values.
List, market, and advertise properties to attract potential buyers or tenants.
Conduct property viewings with clients, highlighting the unique features and benefits of each property.
Negotiate offers and counteroffers between buyers and sellers, striving for favorable terms for both parties.
Facilitate property transactions by coordinating with legal, financial, and other relevant parties.
Stay updated on market conditions, property values, and industry trends to provide accurate and up-to-date information to clients.
Maintain an organized database of properties, clients, and leads for effective follow-up and communication.
Prepare and review contracts, leases, and other legal documents with clients, ensuring their understanding and accuracy.
Participate in networking events and community activities to expand your client base and promote the agency's services.
Collaborate with colleagues and management to achieve team goals and contribute to the overall success of the agency.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent, preferably with a focus on the Russian-speaking market.
Fluency in Russian and English, with excellent communication skills in both languages (verbal and written).
In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market, including property values, neighborhoods, and legal regulations.
Strong negotiation skills and the ability to manage multiple parties in complex transactions.
Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Proficiency in using real estate software, CRM systems, and digital marketing tools.
Well-organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing time effectively.
High ethical standards and a commitment to professionalism.
Valid real estate license in accordance with local regulations.
