Real Estate Consultant Required in Dubai

Responsibilities

We are seeking experienced Real Estate Consultants who would be handling the following tasks at our company:

Actively support sales leads for “Buy” and “Sell” operations for clients
Consulting clients throughout the entire sales cycle, and informing them of market prices, indicators, and prices
Accompanying potential clients to properties for viewing meetings
Facilitating negotiations between buyers and sellers
Creating and enlisting properties onto the company’s CRM System
Constantly updating Lead statuses on the company CRM System

Qualifications

We are looking for cool people who can answer yes to all the below questions:

At least 2 Years of experience within the Real Estate market in the UAE, especially in Primary (Off plan) and Secondary Market.
MUST HAVE Excellent communication skills in English
Good computer and MS Office Skills
Valid UAE Driving License would be great to have
You should be extremely Proactive
Love Real Estate to the core
Well Organized
