We are looking for a qualified property consultant with a realtor mindset to join our growing Company. If you want to join be part of our team, let us talk, and be ready to start.
• Smart and Presentable candidates. who knows how to deal with off plan clients .
• Minimum one year of Dubai real estate sales experience is required.
• Participate in active marketing initiatives, from cold calling to attending industry events.
• Strong negotiation & Sales skills - experience in offering expert customer service.
• Interview clients to determine their precise wants, needs, budgets and geographic limitations. you should know how the farming of clients work in industry .
• Coordinate appointments to show homes to prospective buyers.
• Prepare and proofread real estate documents, from leases to closing contracts. • Organize and oversee open houses.
• Advise clients about mortgage options and help them requisite paperwork's to expedite the home buying process.
• Strong communication skills — written & spoken English is a must, presentable with professional attitude
• Preferably have your own car & valid UAE driver's license • Past experience in any CRM tool is a big plus, e.g. Salesforce, Property Base, If its zoho then it would be an advantage.
• Motivated to generate & increase client's portfolio via networking & prospecting.
• Up to date with UAE Real Estate market trends
Skills:
• Proven experience in the Dubai real estate. (2 years preferred)
• UAE drivers' license
• Social Media presence
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Effective communication skills. • Exceptional customer service skills.
• RERA license. (optional)
• not very keen for salary if you are looking only for salary then this job is not for you . Experience: 2 years
