This is a fully COMMISSION BASED job with no basic salary, the commissions nonetheless are super high and you can make fortunes if you have the right mentality and work enthusiasm.

Requirements

Excellent communication in ENGLISH is a MUST (Writing, reading and Speaking)
Additional languages would be an asset. Verbal and written communication skills are required to be able to communicate properly with clients, business owners etc..
Negotiation Skills: Able to conduct price negotiations to secure properties at a potentially profitable rate
Analytical Skills: Property consultants are skilled in carrying out property market research and survey to identify properties generating the most profit.
Sales and customer service skills are an extra asset
