Were looking for a Real Estate Broker with specialization in the as Primary Offplan Market. This position is ideal for individuals passionate about the ever-changing landscape of new property developments in Dubai. You'll play a crucial role in driving sales and delivering outstanding client services for our portfolio of offplan properties.

Key Qualifications:
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Dubai's primary offplan real estate market.
Proven track record in real estate sales, particularly in offplan properties.
Strong networking and relationship-building skills excellent negotiation and presentation abilities.
Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Valid UAE real estate license is preferred.

Primary Responsibilities:

Actively work to sell offplan properties to potential buyers
.Keep up-to-date with new property developments and market trends in Dubai
.Organize and conduct property viewings and presentations
.Develop and maintain relationships with property developers and clients
.Work in tandem with our marketing team to craft effective sales strategies
.Manage the entire sales process, from initial contact to deal closure
.Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on property investments.
