Responsibilities

Quick processing of incoming requests from the company's advertising channels.
Identification of customer needs and formation of commercial solutions for them.
Conducting showings of objects and closing deals, providing repeated requests and recommendations.
Work on selection with clients aimed at different price segments.
Implementation of the sales plan and work for the result.
Formation of the workflow in accordance with effective company regulations.
Qualifications

English - Upper-Intermediate or higher.
Fluency in one or more of these languages is required: Ukrainian, Russian.
Selling skills and persuasion.
High communication, organizational and management skills.
Analysis of the real estate market and the study of trends in its development.
Orientation in the area, operational movement.
Presentable appearance.
Self-confidence, ability to plan, decisiveness, commitment.
