We are searching for ambitious and energetic real estate agents to work in our team.

Requirements:

- With or without experience.
- Knowledge of Dubai real estate market.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Valid UAE driving license is a plus.
- Fluency in English, additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities:

- Generate and follow up on leads to close sales.
- Maintain client relationships and provide exceptional customer service.
- Stay current with market trends and competitors' activities.
- Attend property viewings and open houses.
- Negotiate offers and close deals efficiently.

This is a commission based job.
We provide visa and broker card.
Ongoing training and support with the opportunity for high earnings.
