Salary :

50% commission with no basic salary.

Your requirements are:

- Must have a minimum of 1 year of experience in the real estate industry. (Primary or Secondary markets)

- Strong communication skills - written and spoken English is a must.

- Arabic, Russian, French or other languages are a plus.

- Valid UAE Driver's License & own vehicle (Required).

- Strong negotiation skills - experience in offering expert customer service.

- Ability to work independently with great dedication.

- Must be presentable, have a professional attitude, and like to work as part of a team.

You responsibility are:

- Providing guidance and assisting sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms.

- Qualifying new leads, prospecting for buyers/ sellers leads, converting them to appointments.

- Regular contact with owners regarding the leasing or selling process.

- Handling inquiries from owners and prospective tenants/buyers.

- Conducting viewings.

- Area specialist within your assigned community.

- Determining clients’ needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them.

- Performing comparative market analysis to estimate properties’ value.

- Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, leases, deeds, closing statements etc).

- Maintain and update listings of available properties.

- Promote sales through advertisements, open houses, and listing services.

- Cold calling and warm callings.
