Kofman+Partners is looking for a high-end Sales and Lettings Negotiator to support the Real Estate department and the growing needs of the company. K+P has now expanded its services to Dubai.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a property sales role in Dubai, be discreet and proactive, looking to maximise their earning potential within the new office of the company.

The position will require the candidate to:

• Work in Dubai Property Sales and Lettings
• Meet, qualify and co-ordinate new clients
• Meet, establish new relationships with Developers and local brokers
• Maintain regular contact with business partners, clients, new leads, noting all correspondence and communications
• Maintain goodwill, establishing trust and building long-lasting relationships with clients and partners
• Arrange, organise and accompany clients at viewings
• Negotiate offers on behalf of clients
• Have an in-depth understanding of the local market-place
• Work closely with the management team and founder to identify new business
opportunities and source clients
• Assist with marketing and business development
• Assist with marketing and business development, produce media content for Instagram and assist on admin queries

About You:

• Fluent Russian and English speaker, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both.
• Real Estate experience (Preferably Dubai market)
• Professional and presentable
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
• Excellent communication skills and good telephone manner
• A professional, ambitious and enthusiastic approach with a desire to learn and grow
• Computer literate and digitally savvy
• Have ability to work on your own as well as in a team
• Have ability to build rapport and develop long-standing relationships
• Be able to work effectively under pressure and in a fast-changing environment
