• Maintains property Rentals by advertising and filling vacancies, negotiating and enforcing leases and maintaining and securing premises.
• Sourcing Quotations from Contractors for carrying out maintenance and repair works.
• Should have experience for real estate properties, villas ,camps.
• Strong personality for bringing business, re-solving the tenant issue, contract negotiation.
• Should know the property market value for comparison.
• Maintains building systems by contracting for maintenance services and supervising the repairs.
• RERA registered.
• Updating & communicating for new inquiries for all vacant units residential, warehouse, labor camps, shops etc.
• Have knowledge about the contract renewal, new contract procedure, leasing procedure.
• Applying online transaction, well known in any Government application (Rera)
• Cheque & payment collection follow up on bounce Cheque, documents verifying of new tenant.
• Making summary report –Daily, Weekly, Monthly and reporting directly to MD.
• Supervising and updating report for our building maintenance team.
• Taking care of Move in & Move out process.
• Enforces occupancy policies and procedures. Well known the Rera policies and procedures.
• Should have atleast 5yrs experience on the same field.
• Should join immediately.
• Should degree attested.
• With driving license.
• Location: Dubai
