Role Overview:
We are seeking an energetic and results-focused Real Estate Agent / Property Consultant to join our expanding team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be familiar with the local market, enthusiastic about property sales and leasing, and able to build long-term client relationships.
Responsibilities:
• Manage property listings, creating attractive listings and coordinating viewings for buyers and tenants.
• Handle client enquiries promptly and professionally across phone, email, and in-person interactions.
• Provide market advice, guiding clients on current trends, valuations, and investment potential.
• Negotiate terms between buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants to secure favorable deals.
• Maintain strong client relationships, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and repeat business.
• Stay informed about regulations and RERA rules, keeping up with changes in Dubai property law and market developments.
Requirements:
• 1–2 years’ experience working in the Dubai property market with a proven record in sales or leasing.
• RERA certification preferred; candidates without it may obtain certification after joining.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills, both spoken and written.
• Target-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently while contributing to team goals.
• Demonstrable sales performance with examples of closed deals or successful leasing assignments.
