Real Estate Admin Required in Dubai

We are looking for an experienced Receptionist/Real Estate Admin in the market.

• Must have Real Estate Experience in Dubai

• Knowledge on using CRM systems and platforms like Property Finder and Dubizzle • Answering lead calls on company mobile and assigning them to agents as required

• Managing client leads, database and enquiries.

• Prop space and CRM expert Preparing documents as required

- Google Forms, NOC's, Google Sheets, etc

• Filling out Legal Forms when required Daily Management and updating of the listings on the CRM Data Entry (Editing and Posting ads and verifying in portals)

• Follow up with Agents and Clients for documents, details as necessary

• Prepare Tenancy Contract and MOU requested by the RE Manager for all closed deal

• Prepare weekly listing report Ensure all the listing information is accurate

• Responsible for reception area, welcoming clients, asking them if they need anything.

• Know to work on Trakheesi system & knowledge of all Real Estate forms (A, B etc.)

• Ensure that listing documents are done within compliance guidelines

• Lead in writing, editing, and updating listings to emphasize the home's features and key selling points

• Perform any additional responsibilities as requested or assigned

• Punctual and presentative with a good personality Requirements: experience is a must in the real estate industry as an Admin Excellent skills and proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PPT Excellent written and verbal communication skills English should be fluent but international languages will be an advantage Thrives on providing excellent customer service Flexible in daily routine Ability to work under pressure.

Salary: AED4,500 - AED6,000 per month Experience:
