Real Estate Accountant - Dubai

We’re Hiring – Real Estate Accountant
Imtiaz Real Estate Investment & Development LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Real Estate Accountant to join our finance team and manage accounting operations across our property portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
▪️ Oversee and manage all financial accounting operations for real estate properties, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and general ledger activities.
▪️ Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with GAAP standards.
▪️ Conduct property-level financial reviews, investigating discrepancies or unusual trends.
▪️ Manage and reconcile bank accounts for real estate investments.
▪️ Prepare and file property tax returns, ensuring accuracy and full compliance.
▪️ Collaborate with property managers to resolve financial issues and provide actionable recommendations.
▪️ Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis for the real estate portfolio.
▪️ Maintain the fixed asset register, track depreciation, and manage asset records.
▪️ Ensure compliance with accounting regulations, internal policies, and internal controls.
▪️ Assist in audits by preparing documentation and supporting external auditors.
Requirements:
▪️ Strong knowledge of GAAP and real estate accounting practices
▪️ Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills
▪️ Proven experience in the real estate accounting field preferred
