A reputable real estate firm in Dubai is seeking a skilled Accountant to oversee complete accounting functions, including agent commissions, VAT filings, and regulatory compliance within the UAE real estate and brokerage sector.
✅ Key Responsibilities and Requirements:
• 4–7 years of accounting experience, with at least 3 years in UAE real estate
• Strong knowledge of UAE VAT, RERA, and DLD regulations
• Proficiency in Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho, or SAP
• Fluent in Hindi (mandatory) – preference for North Indian candidates
• Excellent analytical and reporting abilities
• Manage cash flow, accounts receivable/payable, and bank reconciliations
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities to ensure compliance
• Prepare financial reports, insights, budgets, and forecasts to support strategic decision-making
• Report directly to Senior Management and CEO
