Quantity Surveyor - Abu Dhabi

• Manage pre-tender to post-contract stages
• Prepare contract documents, managing cost information
• Prepare tender submissions, handle progress claims and payments, VO & finalisation of accounts
• Administration of tenders – cost control and estimate, preparation of BQ and accurate budgeting
• Source for quotations for items required in tender
• Lead and guide junior QS(s) with work
• Candidates should be familiar with Interior Decoration work
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree, Quantity Survey or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): MS Excel, MS Word.
• Able to work in a team
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the GULF related field is required for this position.
• Full-Time position(s) available.
