Quantity Surveyor - Dubai

Hiring Quantity Surveyor
Must have minimum of 5+ years experience in the UAE in Construction, Fitout, Renovation, and Modification.
Role Description
• Responsible for cost control, preparing bills of quantities (BOQ), managing and planning costs, and reporting costs.
• Daily tasks include evaluating project progress, liaising with contractors, suppliers, and clients, and ensuring all costs are monitored and recorded accurately to maintain an efficient budgetary framework.
• Inspecting construction sites to verify work done against payment claims.
• Monitoring contract performance and variations.
• Handling claims, disputes, and change orders.
• Ensuring timely payments and managing cash flow.
• Preparing final cost reports and project close-out documentation.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering
• Proficiency in Cost Control, Cost Management, and Cost Reporting
• Experience in preparing and managing Bills of Quantities (BOQ)
• Strong skills in Cost Planning and project evaluation
• Excellent analytical and numerical skills
• Effective communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work on-site in Dubai
• Relevant degree or qualifications in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field
• Valid UAE Driving License is a must.
