Quality Controller (Fleet Management) - Dubai

Excellence Driving Centre is seeking a reliable and detail-focused Quality Controller to support our fleet management operations in Dubai. The ideal candidate will ensure vehicles are safe, well-maintained, and ready for daily use by instructors and students, while keeping accurate records and coordinating repairs efficiently.
Requirements:
• Basic vehicle inspection knowledge — comfortable performing routine checks (brakes, tyres, lights, fluid levels and basic mechanical observations).
• Strong communication & organizational skills — able to coordinate effectively with drivers, technicians, and administration.
• Detail-oriented & proactive — spots issues early, follows up on repairs, and prevents recurring problems.
• Awareness of basic fleet maintenance procedures and ability to escalate technical issues when needed.
Responsibilities:
• Inspect and report vehicle condition — carry out scheduled inspections, log findings, and produce clear condition reports.
• Manage handovers & coordinate repairs — supervise vehicle handovers, arrange workshop visits, and follow up until repairs are completed.
• Keep maintenance records updated — maintain accurate logs of services, repairs, mileage, and part replacements.
• Support daily fleet readiness — ensure vehicles are clean, fueled, and fit for use; flag any safety concerns immediately.
