L.L.C is on the lookout for a proactive and passionate Quality Compliance Coach to oversee and reinforce food safety and quality procedures across its network of restaurants in Dubai. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a field-based setting and takes pride in maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as the key enforcer of food safety standards across all restaurant outlets
• Provide continuous coaching and training to restaurant teams on hygiene protocols, SOPs, and quality assurance measures
• Lead compliance initiatives, including internal audits and regulatory inspections
• Monitor day-to-day practices to ensure adherence to company policies and industry regulations
• Collaborate with operational teams to drive a culture of accountability and quality
Requirements:
• At least 2 years of experience in food safety, preferably within the restaurant or hospitality industry
• Strong enthusiasm for coaching, mentoring, and improving operational standards
• Must possess a valid UAE driving license, as this role involves regular travel between outlets
• Excellent communication skills and a hands-on approach to problem-solving
