Description:
Evergreen Plastic Products Manufacturing LLC is seeking a meticulous and motivated Quality Assistant to join its quality control team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in maintaining product quality, conducting inspections, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across production lines for general packing products.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform regular inspections of preforms, caps, labels, paper, and other incoming and final products to ensure compliance with company standards.
• Identify, monitor, and address quality issues that arise during the manufacturing process.
• Record and analyze quality data, prepare reports, and share findings with the production and management teams.
• Support the calibration, maintenance, and proper functioning of all testing and measuring equipment.
• Assist in root cause analysis and the implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
• Contribute to ongoing process improvement projects to enhance product consistency and reduce defects.
Requirements:
• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or related engineering field.
• 1–3 years of hands-on UAE experience in quality inspection within the plastic or packaging industry.
• Good understanding of inspection techniques, measurement tools, and testing procedures.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and ability to work independently under minimal supervision.
