QA Executive (Hygiene & Safety) - Dubai

iD Fresh Food is seeking a skilled QA Executive (Hygiene & Safety) to join our team in Ajman. This role is integral to upholding the highest standards of food safety, hygiene, and occupational health across our production facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and implement hygiene and sanitation programs including GMP, HACCP, and ISO 22000 standards
• Conduct routine inspections, audits, and comprehensive risk assessments
• Ensure adherence to all relevant food safety and occupational health & safety (OHS) regulations
• Lead training sessions for employees on hygiene and workplace safety protocols
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in hygiene and safety processes
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or Microbiology
• At least 2 years of relevant hygiene and safety experience within GCC-based food manufacturing operations
• Professional certifications in HACCP, GMP, FSMS, ISO 22000, and NEBOSH/IOSH are preferred
• In-depth knowledge of food safety systems and OHS regulations
